InnAVasc Medical, Inc. is developing the first ever hemodialysis graft specifically designed to promote safer HOME hemodialysis.
We achieve this by having created an access that is designed to be easily identifiable, reliably accessible by patient or home caregiver, self-sealing to prevent bleeding from needle injuries or accidental needle dislodgment, and prevents needle injuries such as infiltrations and back/side wall mistakes.
InnAVasc* is based in Durham, NC and was spun out of Duke University by two vascular access surgeons frustrated with fixing frequent graft complications due to needle injury. Our mission is to promote hemodialysis in the home setting for any patient who so desires and we believe we can help to achieve this goal by being the reliable vascular access link.
